Rydal Park, a Human Good community in Jenkintown, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee operation, maintenance and security of buildings, grounds and facilities. You will plan, schedule and inspect contractor work and may be on call to handle emergencies.
The role typically runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with occasional weekends. Requirements include 4+ years in building maintenance or construction, pool certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.
