What You'll Do:
  • Maintain hard floor surfaces through cleaning, polishing, and refinishing as needed
  • Clean and maintain carpets using commercial cleaning equipment
  • Safely operate and maintain floor care equipment following established procedures
  • Inspect floors and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Use cleaning products and supplies according to safety guidelines
  • Clean resident rooms, common areas, hallways, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
  • Restock cleaning supplies and support inventory management
  • Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean environment
  • Assist with assigned Environmental Services projects and facility upkeep
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 18 years of age or older (required)
  • Previous experience in floor care including stripping and finishing floors (required)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or commercial facility setting is preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
