MRK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Wesmont Station community in Woodridge, NJ. You will oversee all maintenance activities, perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and manage preventative maintenance to keep buildings and grounds in top condition.
The role requires at least three years as a residential maintenance technician and two years of supervision, with availability for on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and tools are required.
