The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician at our Jersey City property to maintain and repair building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers. You will log work in Entrata and CMMS, coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, and ensure safety and high service standards for residents.
Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel for site needs.
