• The Yard Associate is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary to ensure equipment meets all set specifications.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• General mechanical aptitude; safety-focused mindset.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $19.85 - 27.30. Starting pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience. Sunbelt provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and more. Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 30 days from start date.
