Key Responsibilities

Drive Equipment Reliability and Uptime

Lead daily maintenance activities to support production targets and ensure smooth operations
Implement and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance equipment performance
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, procedures, and documentation
Collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions
Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, TPM, and root cause analysis methodologies

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems effectively

Strong organizational and planning abilities

Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments

Technical degree or relevant certifications in maintenance, engineering, or related fields preferred
