Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Johns Creek, GA | Up to $26.00/Hour | 1st Shift

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment with potential for extension and possible temp-to-hire opportunities based on performance and business needs. This hands‑on role supports facility operations, building systems, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM ET
  • Occasional overtime and weekend support may be required
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on facility systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and related building systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of temperature, humidity, and controlled environments to ensure operational compliance.
  • Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, and facility upgrades.
  • Work with outside vendors and service providers to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist with office and equipment moves as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support safety initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and facility projects.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of facilities maintenance, warehouse maintenance, or building operations experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience planning maintenance work and ordering materials.
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, and maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
