Job Title: Household Manager & Family Assistant

Location: Johns Creek, GA 30022

Employment Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 12:00pm - 5:00pm, with occasional flexibility for date night coverage

Compensation: $38-$42 per hour based on experience

Start Date: ASAP

We’re a warm, active family of five with three wonderful kids who bring endless energy, laughter, and joy to our home. Our days are centered around school drop-offs and pickups, after-school activities, and all the everyday moments that make family life so special. We appreciate structure and organization, but we also know that real life is beautifully imperfect—and sometimes things get a little messy along the way.

We moved into our home during a particularly busy season of life, and we never quite had the chance to fully settle in. Years of busy schedules, growing kids, and the constant mental load of managing a household have naturally led to things accumulating and systems becoming harder to maintain. We’re ready for a fresh start and are looking for someone who can help us get organized, stay that way, and keep things flowing smoothly week after week.

Our goal is to put simple, thoughtful systems in place that work for our family long-term, helping us stay organized while creating a home that feels more peaceful, functional, and easy to enjoy every day.

At the heart of our home is a mom who genuinely loves cooking and creating meals for the family. The kitchen has always been a place of connection and creativity, and she’s excited to return to that more fully once the rest of the household is running with a little more rhythm and ease. Our goal is not perfection—it’s creating a home that feels welcoming, comfortable, and supportive of the life we’re building together.

You communicate clearly, adapt easily when priorities shift, and strike the perfect balance between being friendly, professional, and respectful of everyone's time and mental load. Whether you're organizing a pantry, preparing for the cleaners, running errands, or helping keep the household moving smoothly, you approach every task with care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail.
