Part‑time maintenance and truck unloading position. Minimum two days per week, typically 3–4 days.
Job Responsibilities- On call Tuesdays and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to unload deliveries.
- General handyman duties and exterior maintenance such as pressure washing, weed control, parking‑lot cleanup, interior lighting, and replacing fryers.
- Availability on call for the stated days and hours.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Experience in general maintenance and outdoor upkeep.
- Pay $12–15 per hour, negotiable based on experience and flexibility.
