Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. The vision, to radically change the landscape of healthcare, forever.

Our Plant Operations Directors make a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.
