K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Johnson City, TN. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking crew that takes pride in delivering spotless, professional results for clients across the area.

Schedule:

Mon, Wed, Fri
Cleaning Window: 5:30pm-12:00am

• Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across various surface types
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces throughout the facility
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory or maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Prior experience in commercial, janitorial, or facility cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, disinfectants, and proper usage techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
