Pay Range: $19–$23/hour
Shift: 8:00 am-4:30 pm

• Perform building and equipment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance assignments promptly and professionally
• Assist with seasonal projects, snow removal, and groundskeeping
• Monitor safety systems, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience, ideally in healthcare or senior living
• Knowledge of building systems and safe use of hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
