Smaller office building available for a team or individual! Available now! If you live/work close by to Loveland/Johnstown/US 34 and I-25 then this property is good for you! Great client.
Team Member Requirements- Own and reliable transportation (Driver's license required).
- Trustworthy (long‑term employment desired).
- Self‑starter / self‑motivated.
- Positive attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Task‑oriented.
- Allowed to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check.
The schedule is 2 nights per week:
Wednesday and either Friday or anytime on Saturday.
- Dump trash.
- Wipe down and table surfaces.
- Dust desks, window sills, etc.
- Vacuum and mop hard floors.
- Vacuum carpets.
- Clean and stock bathrooms fully.
- Check inventory of products and order accordingly.
