Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

* Cleaning & Sanitation:
Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, mop all floors, surfaces, fixtures, and windows.

* Restroom Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

* Waste Management:
Empty all waste bins and replace liners.

* Ensure all shredded items are properly discarded.

* Supply Management:
Monitor and replenishing cleaning materials and essential supplies (e.g., hand sanitizers, paper goods).

* Area Presentation:
Ensure communal areas, offices, and workstations are neat, welcoming, and presentable.

* Deep Cleaning:
Perform periodic deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.

* Reporting:
Alert management to maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.

* Maintain confidentiality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITY:

* This position does not supervise employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous experience in a similar housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial role is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness.

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

* Ability to communicate in person, through email or via telephone with tenants and staff members.

* Ability to sit or stand for an extended period.
