Taft School District is looking for a nighttime custodian to clean the school building. Work hours could be between no less than 4 hours and no more than 8 hours on a nightly basis while school is in session. There is a possibility that the district could hire multiple candidates to adjust working days and hours accordingly. Responsibilities will include sweeping and mopping classroom floors, removal of classroom and other common areas trash, cleaning and mopping hallways, stairwells and other common areas, cleaning all water fountains, and cleaning, mopping, and restocking all bathrooms, vacuuming various carpeted areas throughout the building, and minor setup and breakdown for various school events.
