Salary Range: $17.00 To $27.00 Hourly
Job Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to store fixtures, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of store areas, including sales floors, backrooms, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with store leadership and external vendors for larger repair needs.
- Assist with seasonal setup, store resets, and minor remodel projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or retail experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems and tools.
- Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
