As a Will Call Specialist (Internally known as Parts Pick‑Up Partner) you will directly interact with customers. You must demonstrate outstanding customer service, knowledge of warehouse management software, and flexibility to pick orders. The role also supports other segments of the DC with small projects. A collaborative attitude, high energy, and both independent and team performance are essential.
A Typical Day- Assemble customer orders, pick parts, and confirm part numbers/quantities
- Record customer pickups accurately and adjust orders when needed
- Facilitate returns for defective and unwanted product
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with supplies and support departments as needed
- Stickler for details and can multitask without sacrificing accuracy
- Can move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Previous warehouse experience with SAP and Will Call is a plus, but not required
- Bonus points for six months or more of customer service experience
- Forklift certified or willing to be certified
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Available Monday‑Friday 10:00 am‑6:30 pm, able to work Saturdays when needed

Salary range: $42,744.83 – $52,721.25 annually ($20.55 – 25.34 hourly) based on qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, roles may offer profit‑sharing and annual bonuses.
