About the RoleUp to $40/hr, with the option to live on-property — this role is built for a maintenance tech who wants more than just a paycheck. If you bring 2+ years of maintenance experience and are comfortable with day-to-day HVAC work, this is a chance to cut your commute to zero and take on a stable, full-time role with a company that invests in its people.
You’ll handle general repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance across the property, working closely with the maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly. HVAC experience is a real plus here — certification isn't required, but it's recommended and will make you stand out. Apartment maintenance background is preferred, but any solid hands-on maintenance experience translates well.
This role does include on-call, overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening work as needed, which is the tradeoff for the pay rate and housing benefit — it suits someone who wants steady, well-compensated work and doesn’t mind flexing their schedule when the property needs it.
If living on-site, competitive pay, and a full benefits package sound like the right fit, this is worth a conversation.
