Maintenance Supervisor

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise a team of technicians, schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure production equipment, ovens, and baking systems run safely and efficiently. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate with production and engineering, manage vendors and spare parts, and support continuous improvement, safety, and quality standards in a collaborative, growth-focused environment serving global baking customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians to support production needs
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on manufacturing and baking equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders using CMMS tools
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and vendors to minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
