Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer in Joliet, IL for a Friday–Sunday, 6am–6pm schedule. You will install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities, perform startup testing, and train customers on product capabilities and routine maintenance.
You will troubleshoot issues using technical drawings, analyze KPI data to spot performance trends, and collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality teams to deliver exceptional service.
