Manager, Maintenance​/Cleaning

At Constellation, an industry leader in energy solutions and the largest provider of clean energy in the U.S., we are looking for a diligent Work Week Manager to join our Engineering & Maintenance department. As a Work Week Manager, you will be integral in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the optimal balancing of operational efficiency and implementation of preventive maintenance practices.

Your role will be critical in supporting our mission to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the weekly work plan, coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company regulations and established safety standards.
• Optimize utilization of resources (human, technical, material) to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with various department heads to forecast and schedule maintenance downtimes without impacting energy production.
• Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance work and any delays.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to maintenance plans based on operational feedback and new challenges.
