Greenwood Hospitality Group - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hotel rooms, equipment, fixtures, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.);
Respond promptly to guest and team member maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency;
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas;
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential safety hazards or maintenance needs;
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
