Position Summary

This position will assist the FNBA Operations Department in all phases of work associated with a particular trade and is responsible for learning the duties of FNBA operations and protocols. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

• Knowledge of principles and practices of set-up and break down for athletic and revenue-generating events
• Ability to operate sound, lighting, and all equipment as needed
• Ability to follow schedules
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct client-related matters as needed
• Perform all maintenance duties such as housekeeping, repairs, painting, preventive maintenance, and other duties as assigned
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the First National Bank Arena services, its customers' needs, and recognizes opportunities to make improvements
• Interact with all staff and guests in a professional and ethical manner
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge of basic measuring tools, equipment, and materials used in the various skilled trades.

Ability to perform manual labor under various working conditions, use hand and power tools, understand and follow oral and written instructions, and communicate information and ideas in various environments.

Skill in the use, operation, and care of tools and machinery.

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Additional hours as requested and/or needed.

Regular and reliable attendance.

This position is considered Essential Personnel in Facilities Management.

The formal education equivalent of a High School Diploma.

Preferred to possess a valid Driver's License.

Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
