** Job Summary
** McKee Foods is seeking a Process Mechanic to join our Maintenance Department team. This role demands a mix of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, along with a focus on teamwork, safety, and effective communication. Below is a breakdown of the responsibilities, qualifications, and preferences for the position:

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Perform
** preventive maintenance
** and general repairs on all process and related equipment
* Set up and carry out
** changeovers
* * for process machinery
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery failures
* Provide
** technical assistance
** to production teams
* ** Rebuild equipment
** and components regularly
* ** Modify equipment
** as needed to improve its performance and reliability
* Engage in
** training programs
** to improve personal technical skills
* Operate machinery, tools, vehicles, and computers for troubleshooting and repairs
* Maintain detailed
** maintenance records**
* ** Communicate effectively
** with team members to repair and maintain equipment efficiently
* ** Purchase and maintain tools
** required for the job
* Ensure the workspace, shop, and toolbox are
** clean and sanitary
*** Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors

* Required Qualifications:

* ** Two years
** of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent technical training
* Understanding of
** electrical and electronics controls
*** Commitment to
** personal safety
** and the safety of others
* Strong
** mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
*** Ability to work
** self-directed
** and in a
** team environment
*** Effective
** communication skills**, both verbally and in writing

** of industrial maintenance experience

** hydraulics and pneumatics
