Melrose Place Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in Jonesboro, AR.
Description
Duties:- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical. - HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
