Maintenance technicians help prepare apartments for new residents, ensure property common areas and grounds are clean and functional, and assist with routine maintenance in and around the community.

• Maintain the curb appeal of the properties

• Assist with repairs and completion of work orders
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for on‑call
