Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations at a commercial facility in Seneca, Missouri. The Facility Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of general building maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Complete painting, drywall, and basic carpentry tasks
Assist with plumbing repairs and minor adjustments
Perform basic electrical maintenance as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Respond to maintenance needs during overnight operations

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience with commercial building maintenance preferred
Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and basic electrical work
Reliable transportation required
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Stable work history required
Ability to work independently on an overnight schedule
