We are seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. • Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles across a variety of makes and models.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document repair recommendations.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with the service team.
• Assist with writing repair estimates and explaining recommended services as needed.
• Participate in customer vehicle presentations when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician experience.
• Five or more years of automotive repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience preparing repair estimates and explaining repair recommendations.
• Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software.
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work.
