Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater St. Louis area. The Job Title is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, supporting daily shop operations, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting customers with service needs, coordinating vehicle intake and repair status, supporting technicians with workflow and documentation, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area.
The role also includes following company procedures, collaborating with team members, and helping maintain Dobbs’ standards for trusted, reliable service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services or willingness to learn, including routine maintenance and general repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Greater St. Louis, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following safety protocols, documentation, and company procedures.
- Comfort using computers and point-of-sale or scheduling systems to support daily operations.
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in automotive, retail, or service environments is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities offered by Dobbs.
