Part Time Facilities Custodian

Summary

This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the campus sales and office buildings.

• Performs general clean up duties including trash pickup and sweeping & mopping floors according to cleaning schedule.
• Cleans offices and bathrooms, wipingdown surfaces including mirrors, sinks, toilets, etc
• Stocks bathroom supplies such aspaper towels, toilet paper, etc. as needed.
• Cleans breakroom daily, including walls, sink, refrigerator, shelves, etc.
• Notifies Accounting supplies stockerof any low stock breakroom items such as plastic utensils, paper towels,utility soap, paper plates, etc.
• Monitors smoking area, keeping areaclean, and dumping/refilling buckets as needed.
• Picks up any trash outside, disposingas needed.
• Vacuums carpets, cleans/sweeps stairsper schedule.
• Dusts offices weekly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

20-22 hours per week, 7am to 11am ;

Mon – Fri.

$17.50 - $20 hr

Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching,stooping/kneeling, and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surface swill also be present. Subject to heat/coldin outside conditions. Moderate use of hands and arms will beneeded. May be required to lift to 30lbs. by self, or team lift to 75 lbs.
