This maintenance position would help ensure all district facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry as assigned)
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices
- Support district projects, seasonal tasks, and event setup as needed
- Travel between district buildings as required
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
