Position Overview

The Housekeeper position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Service Center and office areas.

$16.46 per hour, bi‑weekly paid.

- Thurs 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Thurs
- Sun 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Efficiently clean within the warehouse to include office areas, bathrooms, and cafeteria.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
• Operate various motorized equipment including floor polishers, sweeper vac, etc.
• Remove snow by hand or mechanical means.
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required.
• Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
• Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years old to apply.

• Ability to read, write, conduct business‑related mathematics and analyze data as required.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.

• Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours; hours usually include weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Requires communicating using various methods.
• Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and moving weights of 0-25 pounds constantly and 25-40 pounds occasionally and over 40 pounds seldomly with or without assistance as needed.
• Ability to move up to 40 pounds at least 25 feet in distance occasionally with assistance as needed.
