SUMMARYAssigns work, inspects results. Participates in the evaluation of a crew. Maintains custodial inventories and supplies. Cleans assigned area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTwo years of custodial experience, supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of- Work direction and review.
- Methods and equipment of custodial work.
- Assign and review the work of others.
- Perform heavy physical labor.
- Work assigned shift including nights.
- Perform minor maintenance.
Clean assigned areas within prescribed times.
CompensationThis is a full time 12-month position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a starting salary of $24.60 per hour plus shift differential. We offer an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) plan, and paid time off.
Selected hire will be fingerprinted at applicant's expense and fingerprints forwarded to the Alaska State Troopers and the FBI for a records check.
