Ground Support Equipment Mechanics - $5,000 Signing Bonus - Up to $37/hr - Juneau, AK

Alvest Equipment Services (AES) is seeking Ground Support Equipment Mechanics to join their team at Juneau International Airport. These professionals will maintain and repair a variety of airport ground support equipment, ensuring smooth airport operations. The ideal candidates are skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems, and thrive in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. • Competitive wages: $33.00 to $40.00 per hour

• 1–4 years’ experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC systems
• Diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair background
• Strong troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Must provide own hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• English language proficiency

• Med/Heavy Truck or Light Truck Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
• Universal HVAC certification preferred
