• Receive, unpack, inspect, and store new equipment
• Inspect all received items and ensure proper maintenance for stored items
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, reordering, receiving, stocking, issues, transfers, and physical counts using Maximo (CMMS) and iPads
• Ensure tools and materials are kept in good condition, with full accountability (contractor and government-owned)
• Maintain digital and paper records, including data capture and serial numbers
• Keep records of tools issued to and returned by workers, search for lost or misplaced tools, prepare periodic inventory
• Maintain perpetual inventory and requisitions stock as needed
• Use vehicles, warehouse forklifts, and other WHE devices to move material and equipment
• Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors
• Recommend material and equipment that is overstocked or obsolete for disposition
• Receive material from vendor deliveries, check quantity and quality, and resolve receipt or invoicing issues with Procurement Lead
• Compile stock reports – majority in Maximo, including scanned documents
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets, inventory, and safeguard hazardous chemicals
• Conduct material kitting and prepare planned material issues and staging

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Three (3) years of inventory and purchasing experience preferred
• Material handling equipment experience preferred (e.g., forklift certificate)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CAC system clearances
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Employees must be able to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.

• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours
• Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, up and down stairs may also be required
• Must have perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods

• A valid state driver’s license is required (REAL ‑compliant required for installation access)
• Must obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance
• Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
• Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted for this position
