Are you looking for a BENEFITED SEASONAL position? Come join the CBJ Streets maintenance team, where you will operate snow removal equipment, including trucks with plows and or sanders, motor graders, loaders, and rotary snow blowers. This position’s seasonal duration is typically 5 months and runs from the beginning of November through the end of March. Applicants must be flexible on the start and stop date.
WHOWE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proficiency with Heavy Equipment: You already have robust skills in operating heavy machinery, including motor graders. Your hands‑on experience with safe operation is key to the job. Please note a skill exam will be required as part of the interview process.

This is a seasonal role with a typical duration of 5 months, running from November through March. The position generally follows a Monday through Friday schedule. During the winter months, we operate on rotating shifts: 1:00 am – 9:00 am, 4:00 am – 12:00 pm, and 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Shifts are assigned on a two‑month rotation based on staffing needs.
