Building Maintenance, Facility Maintenance
The Facilities Coordinator assists in the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds and is responsible for campus pre- and post-event activities. This includes setting up and tearing down for weekend services and special events. The role collaborates with Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers to ensure buildings are well-maintained and properly functioning. All candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
JOB DUTIES:
- Serve as the Project Manager for capital projects, overseeing their execution.
- Lead and develop Facilities staff and volunteer teams.
- Provide resources, training, and encouragement to teams.
- Process and prioritize Work Orders actively.
- Build and communicate weekly team schedules.
- Oversee setup and tear-down of facilities for services, meetings, and events on and off campus.
- Maintain buildings and grounds with custodial support, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
- Support and enforce policies such as OSHA rules and safety regulations.
- Logistically support campus events (e.g., At the Movies, Easter/Christmas, 4th Saturday Serve).
- Handle special projects assigned by the Campus Pastor and/or Central Director.
- Operate vehicles, power tools, and equipment safely.
- Respond to emergencies and alarm calls.
- Assist with HVAC programming and monitoring.
- Inspect building conditions regularly.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors.
- Assist with tasks and projects assigned by Central Facilities.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required.
CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES:
Florida Driver's License required.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of relevant experience.
