Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Overview
Maintenance Technician – EōS Fitness. The role supports the upkeep of the fitness facilities, ensuring all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and presentable.

Responsibilities & Expectations- Oversee maintenance for 4-6 clubs.
- Provide support for projects as needed.
- Manage onsite vendor operations.
- Assist with large equipment repairs requiring two technicians.
- Cover vacancies or PTO absences.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems.
- Serve as expert on all fitness facility functions and systems.
- Manage and close Open Wrench tickets.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory.
- Top up and troubleshoot basic repairs not requiring trade licenses (plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, bulb replacement, sheet‑rock, painting touch‑ups, wall finishes, flooring, trim, millwork, pool mechanics, HVAC units, sensors, t‑stats, AV systems/TVs).
- 3‑5 years basic trade experience.
- 3‑5 years building maintenance experience (all systems).
- 3 years fitness facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Successful background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license.
- Maintain local, state or federal vehicle insurance minimums.
- Maintain a clean motor‑vehicle record.
Reliable transportation to multiple job locations. - Use of personal vehicle for business mileage; must have valid driver’s license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations.
$33.50 – $33.50 USD
