Service Advisor (2nd Shift

As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 15 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Tennessee. Come join our hard working, long-standing, and highly reviewed branch in Justice, IL!

Job Duties:

• Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders
• Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs
• Verify warranty and service contracts as needed
• Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins
• Maintain service records for customers
• Prepare billing invoices for customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position
