Responsibilities- Engage with justice involved individuals to create awareness of employment and training opportunities
- Provide assessments and career guidance to develop learning pathways
- Collaborate closely with CJC, OVP and partner staff to ensure individual success
- Provide and document case management activities to individuals who are participating in Re-Entry Connect services
- Ensure individuals have access to sustainable employment opportunities
- Collaborate with other job center staff and agency partners to ensure individuals successful transition into the community
- Deliver excellent customer service to serving each customer
- Perform other related work as assigned
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
Beneficial education and/or work-related experience includes technical or professional experience in business, criminal justice, public administration or closely related area, including military or re-entry services.

LicenseMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of filing application and be able to present license upon request.
