Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude

The total compensation range is $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions.
