This position requires strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. While prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or related fields is beneficial, we are committed to training the right candidate.

  Varies 30-40 hours weekly (Monday - Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
• Compensation: $16.00 per hour

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the building
• Sweep, mop, dust, wipe down, and sanitize areas
• Clean restrooms and storage areas
• Remove trash and replace liners, disposing of waste in designated areas
• Restock supplies
• Work in various weather conditions
• Perform other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor

• Must pass HBM prescreen check
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is preferred
• Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, or related fields preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Strong public relations and communication skills
• Capable of performing basic manual labor, cleaning common areas, frequently lifting, pushing, pressing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. (up to 40 lbs.), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairways, using elevators, climbing ladders, and standing throughout shifts
