As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep Kings’ Shops running smoothly by handling janitorial duties, general maintenance, and property safety. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with event setups, performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, replacing light bulbs, and conducting routine inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

- High School Diploma or GED;
Associate degree or some vocational/technical training preferred. - 3 years of operational experience in property maintenance required.
- Must be able to obtain a Hawaii guard card prior to any security job function as a condition of employment.
- Possess knowledge of safe and efficient operation of all equipment, power and hand tools required for the job.
- Reliable, safety‑oriented, and adaptable to varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime.
- Solid customer service skills, positive attitude under pressure, team player with ability to work independently.
- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and structural components, while ensuring safe and efficient property operations.
- Conduct routine property inspections, respond to tenant service requests, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to support facility needs.
- Provide property security through regular patrols, incident response, hazard identification, emergency assistance, and enforcement of property safety standards.
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming common areas by performing janitorial duties, responding to spills and hazards, restocking supplies, and supporting weather‑related safety procedures.
- Support daily property operations by documenting incidents, communicating with maintenance and management teams, assisting with special events, and ensuring a positive experience for tenants and visitors.
