Le Jardin Academy is looking for a Custodial Associate (Regular Full-time) for the 2026/2027 School Year. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in our facilities. This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that our buildings are well-kept for employees and visitors. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job ScopeThe custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in our facilities. This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that our buildings are well-kept for employees and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, lockers, breakroom, concession and other areas as assigned.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of facilities for daily lunch service
- Restocks consumable supplies daily
- Responds to reactive calls for cleaning and sanitation
- Reports any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Follows safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Works in classrooms, gymnasiums, offices, and restrooms, as well as outdoor spaces in courtyards and around buildings.
- Assists with event setups and breakdowns for meetings and special events.
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience- One-year related experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work independently and frequently without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Ability to drive golf cart and motor vehicle.
