Rosewood Hotel Group in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure adherence to hotel standards. The role involves supervising Engineering staff, making critical decisions in the absence of the Chief Engineer, and participating in preventive maintenance across the property.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in building maintenance and a high school diploma, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 is provided.
