Position Overview
Xtreme Clean is looking for dynamic individuals to join our operations team in Kalamazoo and Traverse City. Site Supervisors maintain the highest quality customer experience at the site level.
Daily Tasks- Equipment Functionality Checks
- Simple troubleshooting and minor maintenance
- Cleaning of each wash bay
- Cleaning of vacuums
- Emptying trash
- Basic grounds maintenance
- Resetting washes as needed
- Maintaining superior customer service while on site
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to reliable transportation (no public transportation)
- Ability to be in close proximity to cleaning and car wash chemicals
- Ability to work directly with chemicals
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Pass a drug test prior to and during employment
- Pass a background check
- Work up to 50 out of 52 weekends (Friday–Sunday) of the year (Weekends are required for this position)
- Operate and work with hand tools, power tools, and high pressure cleaning equipment
