Novolex - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose faulty production and related plant equipment with minimal supervision using schematics, manuals, and drawings;
Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical and electrical problems and implement preventative maintenance;
Identify faulty parts and generate requisitions for spares or replacements;
Maintain records and maintenance procedures; keep work area clean and safe;
Lead co-workers on assigned tasks and collaborate to improve line reliability and implement improvements
