Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment used in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in industrial cleaning or facility management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
