We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer to support the reliability of critical systems within a large manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities- Identify and resolve recurring facility and utility-system issues that could affect production.
- Coordinate maintenance employees, contractors, and vendors on repairs and capital‑improvement projects.
- Track asset performance and help determine when equipment should be repaired, redesigned, or replaced.
- Industrial facilities, maintenance, reliability, or plant‑engineering experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects, analyzing data, and working with outside vendors.
This is a direct-hire, onsite opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional on‑call support, and long‑term potential to grow into broader engineering and maintenance leadership.
