The Hotel Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a hands‑on position that supports daily hotel operations by responding to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet repairs).
• Replace light fixtures, bulbs, outlets, and switches.
• Repair drywall, paint touch‑ups, and minor cosmetic damage.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues.
• Repair or replace door locks, hinges, and hardware.
• Maintain lobby, hallways, and exterior areas.

• Assist with preventative maintenance schedules.
• Inspect guest rooms and equipment for potential issues.
• Perform routine filter changes and equipment checks.
• Help maintain grounds, parking lot, and exterior appearance.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from front desk or housekeeping.
• Document completed work orders.
• Communicate larger repair needs to management.
• Assist outside vendors when necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
